How to Shop OnlineWES welcomes you! Feel free to browse at your leisure and convenience. Absolutely no charges occur until the final step of "Place Order". You can browse the Categories of products and manufacturers, select items for your "Shopping Cart", total the material you selected with no commitment to purchase. If you leave the Store Front and return at a later time, any items left in your Shopping Cart will still be there! If you are Registered and Logged In, you can 'Review' your cart and change the quantity of any item in your cart or delete items from your Cart at any time before confirming your purchase via 'Check Out'.
You may charge your order to your MasterCard, VISA, or American Express, using VeriSign secure 128 bit encrypted process. If you have a WES account, you will have a choice of charging your purchase to your account, or using a credit card each time you login and make a purchase. To charge to your WES account you must be signed in and and verified as a valid user for that account. Contact a WES representative for more information.
If you have a Customer Inventory file with special pricing you can search that catalog by your Product Code number and receive the the special negotiated price for purchasing. Your Customer Inventory code will be displayed in the upper right hand corner under your ID. When searching the WES Catalog, the items within your Customer Catalog will be marked with a bullet. If you are allowed to see the negotiated price it will appear with an asterisk beside that item.

Drill down by Product Categories or Search our catalog by Manufacturer, UPC Code, or by item description. WES e-shop can also provide a Customer Catalog Search, that allows you to search by your code numbers.
Have you found an item you are considering for purchase, but want to continue shopping?
Click on the 'Buy' icon to place any item into your Shopping Cart and continue your search. The Shopping Cart gives you an opportunity to review the items that you have added to your cart. Click on 'Review' to see a detailed list of all items in your cart. From this page you may change the items in your cart. To change the quantity of an item or multiple items, simply revise the amount in the Quantity input box and click the 'Update' button. The purchase total will be updated at that time. If the 'Update' button is not clicked, the changes will not be saved. Click the 'Delete' button to remove the item from your cart. You may also change the quantity to zero and click the 'Update' button to delete several items at a time.
Ready to purchase?
Click the 'Check Out' button to proceed to the Order Information page. Fill in the required fields and click 'Place Order'. If all the information on the Order Information page is OK, you will receive a purchase confirmation Receipt (in approximately 30 seconds depending on your connection speed) which you may print for future reference.

However, constant market fluctuations make it impossible to insure availability of every product or to maintain 100% pricing accuracy due to industry volatility or possible typographical errors. Troubleshooting and Common ProblemsFonts are too large or store displays strangely:
-In Internet Explorer, check and adjust your font size by selecting Fonts from your browsers View pulldown menu.
-If you are using a Windows® 95 or better platform, verify that your Display settings Font size is set to the Small Fonts option. Since this affects the base font size for your system, it will be necessary to adjust your browser font size accordingly for proper display.
I keep getting messages indicating that I am moving between secure and non secure areas:
-In Internet Explorer, go to your browsers View pull down menu and select Internet Options. Click on the Advanced Tab and uncheck the check box under Security which corresponds to your undesired warning message.
I bookmarked a page, but when I go back to it, it does not display correctly:
-Pages are built using input from previous pages. Only one of the base pages can be a starting page, i.e. one of the pages listed in the menu at the top of the page.
-It is always best to bookmark the main page of a dynamic website.
